Ground Mount

PV systems can be mounted on open grounds using concrete, steel, and aluminum racking materials. The cost of constructing a ground mount system may be higher than a roof mounted system but would produce more power due to better tilt position and lack of shading. Large commercial power plants can be built using ground mounting technique.
